Program Description
Talon (“the Service”) is a platform that lets you deploy a personal AI assistant you can talk to via SMS. When you set up an SMS assistant, we provision a dedicated US phone number for your assistant. You can then text that number to have AI-powered conversations, ask questions, get reminders, and more.
How to Opt In
To opt in to receive SMS messages from Talon, you must:
- Create an account at heytalon.com and subscribe to a paid plan.
- Choose the SMS channel when setting up your AI assistant.
- Enter your mobile phone number and verify it by entering a one-time code sent to you via SMS.
- Check the consent checkbox confirming you agree to receive SMS messages from Talon.
By completing these steps, you expressly consent to receive recurring AI-generated SMS messages from your Talon assistant at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. No purchase is required to opt out at any time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You control how often you receive messages by how often you text your assistant. Each message you send will receive one or more replies. You may also receive occasional service notifications such as a welcome message when your assistant is first set up.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Talon does not charge any additional fees for SMS messages beyond your subscription price. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to your assistant's phone number. After sending STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You can also disable or delete your SMS assistant from your Talon dashboard at heytalon.com/dashboard.
How to Get Help (HELP)
For help with SMS messaging, text HELP to your assistant's phone number. You will receive a message with support instructions. You can also contact us directly at [email protected] for any questions or concerns about the SMS messaging program.
Privacy and Data Sharing
Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Your phone number is collected solely to deliver AI assistant messages and service notifications.
- Message content is forwarded to the AI model for processing and is not stored by Talon.

Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is available for US phone numbers on all major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
